All our rum cakes are vacuum sealed, packaged, and shipped USPS priority mail to the continental 48 states. All Kansas taxes are included in prices.
Thank you so much for your order/interest in the rum cakes. Local pick up is available on December 17th and 24th from 9:30 – Noon or by appointment (913.526.6708) at the Culinary Resource Center - 13444 Santa Fe Trail Drive in Lenexa KS (95th and Pflumm). If you processed your order on-line and incurred a delivery fee, I will refund at the time of pick up (sorry, my website is hard coded to require the delivery fee--I am working to revise after the holidays). If you have not yet paid on-line, you can pay me via check, cash, or credit card at time of pickup.

Large Rum Cake (12 cup)
The Original - 12 cups of pure decadence! This rum cake has all the virtues of home: eggs, butter, sugar, pecans, and a little bit of vegetable oil. We splurge on Haitian rum, one of the greatest rums made anywhere. Yields 16 large slices.
