For over 9 years we have shared our gourmet Rum Cake with friends and family across the nation and beyond. If you have never had a chance to experience our version of how a Rum Cake should taste - I urge you to give this a try. If you don't like it - I will NOT charge you.
Jude is my mother-in-law. We mastered this rum cake recipe many years ago following a trip to Panama. We use premium ingredients, the finest Haitian rum, pecans sourced from a small orchard in Mississippi, and we hope each cake shares our expression of appreciation to good friends - old and new.
